Your reservation will not be complete until we have received payment of the lottery fee ($50). Fees are not refundable and do not guarantee enrollment, but place your name into our official lottery pool. If you decline enrollment when offered or are unable to be reached within 7 days, you will need to repeat the process to be considered again.
